1. Introduction 

Welcome to Green Scrap Technology. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

 

2. Order Process 

Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will be emailed an order confirmation. 

 

Invoice and Payment: Following the order confirmation an invoice which will include tax, shipping information and expected delivery dates will be issued for payment. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be made within 48 hours unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. We reserve the right to suspend delivery and/or cancel the order if payment is not received within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Changes to orders are not possible after payment is made.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as listed on our website. Your order will not be processed until payment is received in full. 

 

Shipping and Delivery: Information about shipping and estimated delivery times will be provided on the invoice. We endeavor to meet these timelines but do not guarantee them as some of the aspects of shipping are not under our control. 

 

Please ensure that the shipping address and email address for communication provided are accurate to avoid delays or issues with communication and delivery. 

 

3. User Obligations 

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your order and payment details. 

 

You agree to comply with all terms and conditions of any agreement or contract entered into in connection with our website and/or services. 

 

4. Intellectual Property 

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Green Scrap Technology, LLC or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.

By placing an order with GST you consent to receive SMS messages (including text messages), and telephone calls (including prerecorded and artificial voice and autodialed) from us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone communicating on our behalf at the specific number(s) you have provided to us, with service-related information, questions about your use of the services, and/or even account and marketing information. You certify, warrant, and represent that the telephone number you have provided to us is your contact number and not someone else’s. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls and text messages at the telephone number you have provided to us. You agree to promptly alert us whenever you stop using a telephone number. Even our agents, representatives, affiliates, and anyone calling on our behalf may use such means of communication described in this section even if you will incur costs to receive such phone messages, text messages, e-mails, or other means. Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages (including text messages). We may modify or terminate our SMS messaging services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate SMS messaging with or without notice, without liability to you. 

 

6. Liability and Warranty 

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. 

 

Our liability for any direct damage shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
