Return Policy for Green Scrap Technology

Introduction 

At Green Scrap Technology, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are offered based on orders placed on our website, phone, fax, or email. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and our obligations. 

 

Refund Eligibility 

Damaged Items: For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately at CustomerService@GreenScrapTechnology.com. We may require photographic evidence of the damage for our records. 

 

Sale Items: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded. 

 

Used Items: Refunds will not be provided for items that have been used or altered in any way. 

 

Refund Process 

Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the refund request. A refund authorization needs to be issued.  All returns and refunds require a return authorization to be obtained prior to returning an order. 

 

Review and Approval: Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances and in accordance with this policy. 

 

Return Process 

If your refund request is approved, you may be required to return the items in their original condition. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Changes to the Refund Policy 

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting in this policy.
